"Still not fixed after weeks"
I had an issue with my order and it just went absolutely nowhere. I emailed a few times, but the replies were really slow and I still didn’t get any proper fix. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get something sorted and it keeps dragging on

"I tried using the site for a while..."
I tried using the site for a while but it just kept sending me around in circles. The menus looked like they should help but every click seemed to take me somewhere that didn’t get me any closer to what I was looking for

"Just wasn’t reliable enough for me!!!"
I really wanted this to work out, but honestly... there were just too many issues with timing and getting replies back!!! Everything felt a bit scattered and all over the place, so I don’t think I’d feel comfortable trusting them again. Maybe it’s fine for other people?? But for me, no... not really.

I did end up waiting longer than I expected, maybe enough time to scroll through my phone and finish my coffee, but it was still worth it. Once everything got sorted, I was grand with it

I tried booking an appointment through Lafayette, but the available times just didn’t work for me at all. I kept checking and hoping something decent would pop up, but it felt like I was going to be waiting ages just for a basic appointment. After a while, I got fed up and gave up in the end

"Print was okay, but the details were vague"
The print came out usable, but the colors looked a bit dull compared to what I was expecting. They make it sound like everything will look great, but the promises are kind of vague, so it’s hard to know what you’re actually going to get. Not terrible, just not perfect.

"Hard to know what you’re really getting"
I was browsing lafayette.ie the whole product presentation left me a bit unsure. The photos don’t show enough, the details feel thin, and a few pages seemed messy or not properly put together.

When I’m buying or even just considering something online, I need to feel like I can trust what I’m seeing, and that trust kind of disappeared while I was looking around. I just didn’t feel confident using the site, so overall it wasn’t a great experience

"Not really a great studio visit"
I went to the studio hoping it would be a nice experience, but I left feeling annoyed. Everything felt rushed, really rushed, like they were just trying to get me in and out. I also didn’t feel listened to, which got frustrating because I kept feeling like I wasn’t being heard at all.
The place was busy, too busy, and it made the whole session feel awkward and stressful. The photos turned out okay, but just okay, and for the price I really expected more. The staff were polite enough, but polite doesn’t really make up for feeling rushed, stressed, and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t go back

"Kind of what I expected"
The order showed up with the wrong size, which was a little annoying. I already had a feeling mistakes like this can happen with online orders, so it kind of confirmed that for me. Not the end of the world though, it’s okay.

"Decent service, but the delay was frustrating"
The booking itself was okay and the staff were friendly once they finally arrived, but the timing really wasn’t great. I ended up waiting longer than expected and didn’t get much of an update about what was going on. I don’t mind a small delay here and there, but if this keeps happening, I’ll probably look for another service next time. Just hoping they can be more punctual in the future.

"Easy and Smooth Ordering Experience"
Ordering was easy overall. The website was simple to use, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout took a little bit to load, but aside from that it was a smooth experience

"Frame and album didn’t feel very high quality"
I can’t say for sure if this is how they all come or if I just got an off one, but the frame and album felt cheap to me. The overall quality wasn’t what I was expecting

The graduation photos turned out really nice, so I’m happy with the final result. I’ll admit I was a bit worried when the wait ended up being longer than I expected, because I hate feeling like I might’ve been fooled or left hanging. But everything came through in the end, and the pictures were good.

"Decent, but worth the price?"
Overall, the service was fine and everything worked the way it was supposed to. No major complaints there. But for the price, did it really feel like great value? Not exactly. Once the extras were added on, it started to feel a bit expensive for what you actually get. It wasn’t bad by any means, but was it amazing? Not really. I’d probably use it again if I needed to, but next time I’d definitely shop around a bit first

I got my photos done with Lafayette and, like I said, the retouching was okay overall, just not amazing. A few of the photos came out looking really natural and clean, but others were a bit too smooth around the face for my taste. Like I said, it wasn’t bad or anything, and the final photos are definitely usable. I just expected a little more attention to detail for the price. The service was fine too, nothing really wrong there, but overall I’d call it more average than great.

"Booking felt like more work than it should’ve"
I tried booking a photo session and the website was kind of clunky. It took me a few tries to find a slot that worked, and even after I booked, I wasn’t totally sure it had actually gone through. The whole process felt less focused on making things easy for customers and more like they just wanted to get you locked in and paid. Not the worst experience, but definitely more hassle than I expected.

"Not the best experience with the photographer"
I’m not sure how to put it, but the experience with the photographer just wasn’t great. They seemed kind of rushed and didn’t really take much time to listen to what we were hoping for. The whole thing felt a little awkward, and there wasn’t much patience involved. I guess I just expected more from Lafayette. I probably wouldn’t book again anytime soon.

"Works fine, but the privacy info could be clearer"
The site worked okay overall, but... I did have to poke around a bit to find the privacy details. I’d feel better if the cookie and data stuff was explained in a simpler, more straightforward way

I sent my order back and had to keep following up just to get any updates. The refund took way longer than it should have, and the replies were slow too. Not the best experience, so I don’t think I’d order from them again
